Our Approach

Auge+Gray+Drake conducted stakeholder interviews, reviewed internal university data and conducted comparative analysis of external data to prepare a detailed situation analysis for the university. Based on this analysis, customer segments were targeted while strategies and tactics were developed to achieve university goals. A brand voice, visual identity and creative messaging platform were defined.

After rebranding was established, overall and targeted messages were developed for both broad audiences and key constituents in order to ensure that all voices were reinforcing the same core values through all communications channels.

AGD+ provided the university with creative design and production of collateral materials, a promotional and partnerships strategy and a communications and media plan – all corresponding to a master calendar developed to track all tactics, objectives, audiences, channels and timing. We continue to collaborate with UC to monitor and execute the plan and define and measure its success.

AGD+ developed a new look and feel for all of the recruitment materials for the 2015-2016 school year including TV, printed search pieces, view books, travel pieces and table displays as well as digital and web applications.
